Role
Job Description
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports and optimizes revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Analysts are assigned to one or more focus areas: Lead Management, Campaign Management, or Renewal Programs. They provide actionable insights, maintain operational excellence, and build dashboards and reports in Astrato and Snowflake.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support revenue operations
- Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, governance, and documentation
- Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports in Astrato using Snowflake data, providing actionable insights for stakeholders
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support quarterly planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Act as a trusted operational advisor within their assigned domain
Lead Management
- Manage and optimize the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, including intake, routing, scoring, and assignment
- Support lead qualification frameworks (MQL/SQL) and enforce SLAs
- Monitor lead funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Troubleshoot lead flow issues and improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates
Campaign Management
- Support sales and marketing campaign setup, tracking, and attribution in CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ensure campaign data accuracy and governance
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness
Renewal Programs
- Support renewal operations, workflows, and timelines
- Assist with forecasting renewals and identifying churn or expansion risk
- Support the creation and sending of renewal proposals to clients
- Track and report on renewal rate, churn, and expansion metrics
- Ensure accuracy of contract, pricing, and renewal data in CRM
What We’re Looking For…
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Analytics
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with Astrato for reporting, dashboards, or analytics; experience with Snowflake is a strong plus
- Proven ability to analyze data, build reports, and deliver insights
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
