Business Operations Analyst
Location: On-site in Austin, TX (Greater Area)
A high-growth, infrastructure-backed technology firm is transforming how next-generation data and AI infrastructure is developed—and they're looking for a sharp, resourceful Business Operations Analyst to join the founding leadership team. This role offers an unmatched opportunity to contribute to the early stages of large-scale development projects while supporting the strategic and operational priorities of a rapidly scaling platform.
This is the ideal fit for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is excited by the pace and impact of building something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Pipeline Enablement
- Centralize deal data and maintain live visibility across CRM, spreadsheets, communications, and internal documents.
- Track opportunities from lead to close, flag pipeline stalls, and prepare weekly executive summaries and investor-ready snapshots.
- Drive internal readiness for external engagements including conference participation, pitch meetings, and partner presentations.
Strategic Communications & Collateral
- Translate evolving strategies and informal content into refined, executive-grade presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Maintain consistent messaging across key assets including one-pagers, the company website, conference materials, and investor decks.
- Support planning and follow-through for high-impact meetings—ensuring accountability, tracking deliverables, and maintaining momentum.
People Operations Support
- Manage candidate pipeline logistics from interview scheduling to scorecard tracking to candidate experience management.
- Assist with defining roles, refining interview processes, and improving onboarding workflows for new hires.
- Maintain visibility into headcount planning, bottlenecks in hiring, and opportunities to accelerate recruiting outcomes.
Process Development & Internal Operations
- Identify areas for scalable process improvement and implement just-right solutions—checklists, trackers, and reporting workflows.
- Build lightweight dashboards to provide visibility into commercial, recruiting, and marketing metrics.
- Tackle high-priority projects from founders—ranging from vendor analysis and board prep to market research and conference coordination.
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a demanding analytical/generalist role in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, clarify goals, and produce polished, executive-ready work with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a natural inclination toward building systems, workflows, and scalable processes.
- Versatile and adaptable—you’re energized by a wide variety of work spanning sales, marketing, HR, and internal operations.
- Comfortable working directly with executives and taking ownership of key outcomes early in your career.
- Driven by impact over ego. You’re as willing to take on high-leverage initiatives as you are unglamorous, but necessary tasks.
What’s in It for You:
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leadership and contribute directly to decisions on deals, hiring, and growth strategy.
- Play a foundational role in building the company’s operational backbone and see your contributions scale with the business.
- Help shape mission-critical infrastructure in one of the fastest-growing sectors at the intersection of data, AI, and cloud compute.
- Join a collaborative, senior team that values autonomy, clear thinking, and respectful candor—without corporate politics.
- Includes full medical coverage and the opportunity for meaningful equity upside.
