What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the CEO, you'll turn strategy, insights, and field feedback into clear, usable sales enablement that improves the quality and progression of enterprise deals. You’ll own messaging, decks, ROI stories, and deal support, ensuring BD, founders, and Account Success have the right narrative, proof, and materials at the right moment in the deal cycle.
Own GTM Enablement Across Builder and Realty
- Maintain Virtuo's core narrative and positioning across all customer-facing materials
- Ensure consistency in decks, demos, one-pagers, and ROI stories
- Keep messaging sharp, simple, and aligned to real buyer pain points
Enable Business Development and Founder-Led Selling
- Arm business development teams and founders with meeting-ready decks and stakeholder-specific narratives
- Develop ROI and expansion framing for key opportunities
- Prep founders for critical meetings and stakeholder demos
- Ensure every major deal has the right story and materials behind it
Translate Field Insights Into Usable Assets
- Partner closely with Account Development Managers, Strategic Partnerships, Account Success, Product, and Data teams
- Convert objections, patterns, and insights into better talk tracks, proof points, case examples, and enablement updates
- Build assets that solve real problems in active deals
Manage Agency Execution and Output
- Manage and integrate agency work (strategy, copy, creative)
- Ensure deliverables ship on time and are actually used by field teams
- Focus on revenue impact over marketing theater
Support Events and Field GTM
- Build enablement for conferences, executive dinners, and industry events
- Equip field teams with clear guidance on what to say, who to target, and how to follow up

Who You Are
A pragmatic GTM operator who prioritizes deal progression over brand polish. You're comfortable working closely with founders, sales, and success teams, and excel at simplifying complex value propositions into executive-ready stories. You thrive in early-stage environments where enablement is built from real conversations, not assumptions.
What We're Looking For
- 6-10+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM/Revenue Enablement roles
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales with long, complex deal cycles
- Strong storytelling and synthesis skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams
- Bonus: Vertical SaaS experience (construction, real estate, B2B services platforms) or experience working directly with founders
