Business Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our team at
Total Fire Safety , based in
Burton on Trent.
This is a newly created, pivotal, role reporting to the Internal Operations Manager. You will provide leadership and strategic oversight to our administration team, ensuring operational excellence, scheduling precision, and continuous process enhancement, while supporting the organisations growth and service quality objectives.
This position is well-suited to a confident, highly organised professional with a coaching mindset and demonstrable experience in leading high-performing teams, managing compliance frameworks, and optimising operational processes within a regulated environment.
What You Receive For Joining Us
We offer a salary of
£32,000 to £35,000 per annum , depending on experience, with 23 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays, a Company Pension, a Christmas bonus, the period between Christmas and New Year off and a collaborative, supportive working environment. You will work a 37.75-hour week. 100% office based.
Heres a look at some of the things youll be doing:
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development to the administration team, driving high performance, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage and take full ownership of the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance scheme to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and robust record-keeping
- Oversee and continuously enhance the organisations ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ensuring alignment with Group standards and supporting operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Internal Operations Manager to identify and resolve operational challenges, implement sustainable solutions, optimise processes, and represent the business with professionalism while maintaining full Health & Safety compliance
