We’re partnered with a high-growth B2B infrastructure startup operating in the data security and compliance space. The company builds developer-focused tools that help engineering teams securely collect, process, and store sensitive data while meeting strict regulatory requirements.
Their customers range from high-growth startups to large financial and healthcare organizations.
They grew revenue 3x last year and are preparing for another major growth push. With that acceleration comes the need for stronger operational infrastructure across the go-to-market organization.
About the Role
They are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build and own the operational infrastructure that supports our go-to-market motion. You will report to their Head of Sales and play a critical role in enabling the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
This is a greenfield role. No inherited playbook or legacy baggage. You'll own the entire function: CRM administration, pipeline analytics, forecasting, territory planning, and GTM systems architecture. You'll define the strategy, then execute it.
What You’ll Do
CRM & Systems Ownership
- Own HubSpot administration including workflows, automation, reporting, and data hygiene
- Maintain alignment between CRM, billing systems, call recording tools, and marketing platforms
- Build leadership dashboards with real-time pipeline and performance visibility
- Implement data governance standards across the GTM team
Analytics & Forecasting
- Analyze pipeline performance including win rates, stage conversion, velocity, and segment performance
- Build forecasting models for weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning
- Track sales productivity metrics and identify performance trends
- Partner with Marketing on attribution and ROI measurement
Process & Planning
- Design and document end-to-end sales processes
- Support territory planning and quota setting as the team grows
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure compensation plans align with current business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep HubSpot expertise including workflows, architecture, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Sheets experience
- Experience building sales forecasts and maintaining reporting accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve GTM processes
- Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or security-focused companies
- Experience supporting usage-based pricing models
- Background in API-first or developer-focused products
- Prior experience building RevOps from scratch
