Chief Financial Officer
Our client, a vertically integrated U.S. manufacturer of aluminum, fiberglass, vinyl, and composite building products serving residential, multifamily, and OEM markets nationwide is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The company operates multiple manufacturing facilities and is backed by a long-term oriented firm, family-backed investment platform focused on building durable industrial businesses through disciplined operations and reinvestment.
The Mandate
The CFO is the senior financial leader responsible for stewarding the financial health, discipline, and scalability of the enterprise during its next phase of growth under family-office ownership. This role requires a hands-on manufacturing finance executive who can balance strategic financial leadership with deep operational engagement.
The CFO partners closely with the CEO and ownership to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes, strengthen financial rigor across the organization, and support sustained EBITDA growth, cash generation, and capital efficiency.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Full ownership of the company’s financial profile, including P&L, cash flow, working capital, capital expenditures, and return on invested capital
- Leading enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling processes
- Developing clear, actionable management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics tied to plant, commercial, and enterprise results
- Partnering with the CEO on pricing discipline, margin improvement, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization across business units
- Leading all accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, insurance, and compliance activities
- Strengthening internal controls, financial governance, and reporting discipline appropriate for a multi-site manufacturing business
- Supporting acquisition integration, capital investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing banking, lender, and external advisor relationships
- Building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting organization with clear accountability and succession depth

Background and Experience Required
- Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience with enterprise-level responsibility
- Deep experience in manufacturing, industrials, or building products environments
- Demonstrated success managing complex cost structures and multi-site operations
- Strong working knowledge of pricing, margin management, and capital investment analysis
- Experience operating under private or family ownership with an engaged board
- Proven ability to lead financial transformation in stable, long-tenured organizations

Location and Travel
This role is based full-time initially with hybrid opportunity, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Regular travel to manufacturing facilities and meetings with ownership is expected.
Compensation
Performance-based compensation with meaningful upside aligned to EBITDA improvement and long-term value creation. While there is no traditional equity, strong performance is designed to translate into substantial total compensation over time.
