Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Professional to serve as either Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial management practices. This role offers an opportunity to influence company growth through expert financial analysis, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Duties**
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, including cost accounting, financial reporting, and account analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and profit & loss analyses to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other regulatory requirements related to financial management.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to interpret financial reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Manage financial software systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing strategies, sales forecasts, investment opportunities, and cost control initiatives.
- Provide leadership on technical accounting issues such as IFRS conversions, complex revenue recognition, or technical accounting standards.
- Support external audits and facilitate communication with auditors regarding financial statement preparation and regulatory filings.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all reporting functions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior finance roles such as CFO or FP&A within a corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Strong background in corporate accounting, cost accounting, public accounting, and/or technical accounting practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation of complex financial data.
- Proficiency with advanced financial software tools and systems used for financial management and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management, pricing strategies, sales analysis, investment evaluation, and organizational finance concepts.
