Role Overview:
AVATR is looking for a
Sales Operations & Order Management Manager (Europe) to join our growing team in Munich. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing the European sales operation system and order management process, coordinating the entire order cycle from order receiving, review, confirmation to delivery, ensuring the efficient operation of sales business and the timely fulfillment of customer orders. Meanwhile, the role will cooperate with sales, product, supply chain and other departments to track sales performance, analyse operational bottlenecks, put forward optimization plans, manage dealer sales operations, and support AVATR's sales business expansion and efficient operation in the European market.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Operation System Construction & Optimization: Build and continuously optimize the European sales operation system, formulate sales operation rules and work standards, sort out operational processes, and improve the efficiency and standardization of sales operations.
- Order Full-Cycle Management: Be responsible for the entire order cycle management in the European region, including order receiving, review, confirmation, input, tracking, delivery coordination and after-delivery follow-up, ensure the accuracy of order information and the timeliness of order fulfillment, and handle order exceptions in a timely manner.
- Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track and statistics the European sales performance (including sales volume, order quantity, delivery volume, etc.) regularly, analyse the gap between actual performance and target, identify operational bottlenecks and problems, and put forward targeted optimization suggestions and improvement plans.
- Dealer Sales Operation Support: Provide operational support for European dealers, including guiding dealers to standardize order submission, training dealers on sales operation processes, assisting dealers in solving operational problems, and improving dealer sales efficiency and compliance.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate closely with sales, product, supply chain, finance, after-sales and other departments to coordinate resources, ensure the smooth connection of sales operations and order management, and promote the efficient advancement of related work.
- Sales Data Management: Establish and improve the European sales operation and order management database, sort out and analyse sales and order data, form regular data reports, and provide data support for sales decision-making and strategy adjustment.
- Formulate and implement sales operation improvement plans, track the implementation effect, continuously optimize the operation process, and reduce operational costs while improving efficiency.
- Comply with EU and key national relevant laws, regulations and company rules, ensure that sales operations and order management work are carried out in compliance.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sales Management, Logistics Management, International Trade or related majors; master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales operations and order management in the automotive industry (preferably new energy vehicles), with experience in the European market and familiar with European sales operation rules is a must.
- Familiar with the entire order management process and sales operation system, have rich experience in process optimization and exception handling, and be able to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong data sensitivity and analytical ability, proficient in using office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for data statistics and analysis, able to extract effective information from data and put forward improvement suggestions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate effectively with cross-departmental teams and dealers and have good problem-solving ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiar with EU and key national (Germany, France, Norway, etc.) automotive sales related policies and regulations, ensuring compliance in work.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficient in Chinese is a plus.
- Have a good sense of service and team spirit, proactive in work, and can continuously learn and adapt to market changes.
