About the Role
Food Republic is looking for a personable Sales Operations coordinator to support the team across a variety of sales administration, customer service, marketing activities, and digital content tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career within a dynamic, fast-paced food supply business. Full training will be provided to cover all core responsibilities. The key responsibilities of a Sales operations coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Sales Order Support – Processing customer orders, checking & communicating on stock availability
Customer Service Support
Marketing Administrative Support – product updates and customer communications
Assisting with promotions, clearance lists, product launches, and upselling based on customer order patterns
Cross selling Promotional Products to existing customers
Compiling monthly reports on marketing activity, generated sales, and campaign engagement
Data Maintenance & Sales Support – Helping maintain and clean product/customer data
Digital & Content Support – Supporting the marketing team with content creation tasks, including editing images, templates, and promotional materials
Acting as a point of contact for the Accounts team to support with administrative needs and customer account coordination
Using multiple platforms to update customers’ data
Completing Ad-Hoc Project work
Supporting, within reason, any other needs of the Sales and Marketing Team as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service, marketing administration, or sales support within the food industry or a related sector. You must be able to reliably commute to Battersea, London. Key qualifications and skills as a Sales & Marketing Assistant will include:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
A people person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a strong sense of initiative
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (knowledge of Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
GCSE Maths and English (A- C) or equivalent* (A-Level preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Approx. 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, potentially weekend availability)
Pay: £30,000-£35,000 per year (DOE + up to £3k performance bonus)
