Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnerships and GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead in the Homecare division, based in the Dhanbad-Ranchi Area with flexibility for partial remote work. The Partnerships and GTM Lead will identify and nurture strategic partnerships to drive growth and create impactful collaborations. The role includes designing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing key partnerships for mutual value creation, exploring innovative sales opportunities, and contributing to achieving organizational objectives through effective networking and collaborative efforts. Additionally, the role will require close coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to align strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships management for fostering collaboration and growth
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for managing stakeholders, building relationships, and conveying ideas effectively
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to connect and create successful strategies for market penetration and expansion
- Proven ability to execute Go-To-Market strategies and align them with business goals
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Prior experience in the healthcare, consultancy, or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
