A well-established agriculture company is seeking a strategic and hands-on
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations and support executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance (GAAP)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital strategy
- Provide financial analysis to support operational and investment decisions
- Maintain strong internal controls and oversee audits
- Supervise and develop the finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Agriculture, agribusiness, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
Compensation
- $120,000 - $150,000+ DOE
