A well-established agriculture company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations and support executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance (GAAP)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital strategy
Provide financial analysis to support operational and investment decisions
Maintain strong internal controls and oversee audits
Supervise and develop the finance team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Agriculture, agribusiness, or related industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000+ DOE
