Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We’re looking for a hands-on, operational CFO to partner closely with ownership and leadership in managing the day-to-day financial health of the business.
This is a working-in-the-business role, ideal for a leader who is deeply involved in daily financial operations while also helping guide long-term strategy.
The right candidate will:
- Be operational, visible, and execution-focused
- Partner closely with controllers and operational leaders
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Balance strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day leadership
- Possess minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, master’s preferred
- Possess minimum of 10 Years experience in a multi dealership environment and/or public accounting experience
