Your Position
As a CFO you will be responsible to define the finance strategy for the company and support the CEO in investments and financing decisions for the company (French and US subsidiary).
This role reports directly to the CEO
Your Mission
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Strategy: Partner with the CEO to manage economic modeling, budget forecasting, and expenditure evaluation to ensure sustainable growth.
- Performance Management (OKRs & KPIs): Co-create company-wide OKRs and establish clear, actionable KPIs. You will build and maintain a monthly reporting dashboard tracking Sales, Expenses, and Cash Flow.
- Cost Control & Unit Economics: Implement rigorous cost tracking across all product lines and support the teams of the company in monitoring and optimizing their acquisition spend.
- Fundraising & Due Diligence: Act as the CEO’s right hand during our late-2026 funding round. You will lead the preparation of the Data Room and manage the financial due diligence process.
- Accounting Oversight: Ensure the accuracy of the balance sheet and oversee year-end closing processes in coordination with external partners.
- Regulatory: Ensure that the company is financially sound, and complies with accounting and regulatory standards.
Strategic support
- Operational Excellence: Streamline accounting workflows in collaboration with the HR & Office Manager and proactively suggest improvements across Finance, Admin, and Office operations.
- Non-Dilutive Funding: Drive the search for non-dilutive financing and ensure meticulous reporting for R&D tax credits (CIR/CII) and innovation grants.
- Legal & Contractual Support: Provide expert financial insight to the Top Management on contractual elements and commercial agreements.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a critical eye on all internal processes to identify and implement efficiency gains.
