Job Purpose
To lead a team of Oracle CPQ experts in delivering efficient configuration, pricing, and quoting solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Oracle CPQ professionals in the design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ solutions for clients.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on CPQ best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Oracle CPQ technology.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide technical expertise for proposal development and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with the management team to define and achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle CPQ
- Experience leading a team or project
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Oracle CPQ software and related technologies
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
