CFO | Multi-Division Services Company | Memphis, Tennessee (Remote/Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial and founder-led, multi-division services company headquartered in Tennessee to identify a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer.
This is a true business partner role—working closely with an engaged CEO and COO to drive profitable growth, strengthen financial infrastructure, and position the company for its next stage of expansion. The sanitation division is scaling rapidly, and the organization is refining systems, enhancing reporting, and evolving its ESOP/incentive structure.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the senior financial leader and strategic thought partner to the CEO
- Lead accounting (Controller + small team) while remaining hands-on
- Drive FP&A, forecasting, cost allocation, and division-level profitability analysis
- Optimize financial systems and reporting (NetSuite, Power BI)
- Oversee banking, tax, audit, compliance, insurance, and capital planning
- Help design and evolve ESOP/long-term incentive programs
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and HR to support pricing, contracts, new service lines, and potential acquisitions
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (Director/VP Finance/CFO)
- Strong background in services or multi-division businesses
- Deep FP&A, cash flow management, and full P&L ownership experience
- ERP and BI proficiency (NetSuite a plus)
- Comfortable leading a team while staying in the details when needed
- High EQ, executive presence, and ability to translate numbers into practical insights
