Required Skillsets-
1. Revenue Cloud & Q2C Testing Leadership
- Own end-to-end Quote‑to‑Cash testing, covering Leads → Opportunities → Quotes → Orders → Contracts → Amendments → Invoices.
- Validate advanced CPQ and Revenue Cloud logic such as bundles, nested options, constraint rules, discounts, price rules, subscription changes, renewals, and billing scenarios.
2. Quality Engineering & Defect Analysis
- Build and maintain a strong regression test suite to ensure enhancements don’t break pricing, subscription, or revenue logic.
- Perform detailed defect diagnosis, identifying root causes within Salesforce object/data models to support rapid developer resolution.
3. Integration & Data Validation
- Test Salesforce–ERP/OMS integrations, ensuring accurate data flow for orders, billing, payments, and revenue recognition.
- Validate master data governance, persona-based access (Sales, Managers, Finance), and precision/rounding logic for financial accuracy.
4. Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years consulting experience with 1–2 years focused on Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ testing.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud + Revenue Cloud data models, QA tools (Jira), and Salesforce automation/testing tools.
- Required: Salesforce Administrator; Preferred: CPQ Specialist / Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
