ACTV8 is growing fast - and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We’re hiring a driven Sales & Operations Manager to help expand ACTV8 across retail B2B, wholesale, DTC, and international markets. This is a flexible, part-time hybrid role with a clear pathway to full-time leadership as the business scales.
What We’re Looking For
- You bring 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a commercial growth role, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.
- You’ve worked with branded consumer products (retail or wholesale preferred) and understand how to position, pitch, and close in competitive markets.
- You have experience working within or alongside e-commerce brands (Shopify/Amazon exposure is a plus) and understand how retail, wholesale, and DTC channels connect.
- You’re proactive, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, growing business.
- You communicate clearly and build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- You’re ambitious and motivated by impact, ownership, and the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead retail B2B growth by identifying, pitching, and securing corporate, wholesale, and branded partnership opportunities.
- Build and manage key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships while consistently identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Support DTC growth initiatives and contribute to international expansion across the US and Europe.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory planning, fulfilment coordination, logistics management, and demand forecasting.
- Work closely with leadership on strategy, identifying new revenue channels, partnerships, and operational efficiencies to support scale.
