We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Solution Architect (CPQ) to support a global client undergoing a large-scale Salesforce organizational integration within the media, information services, and software space.
This engagement focuses on merging existing Salesforce environments into a unified operating model. You’ll play a key role in defining the integration approach, harmonizing business processes, and designing scalable CPQ solutions within an established (“brownfield”) ecosystem.
You’ll partner closely with a Technical Architect and global delivery team while working directly with senior client stakeholders to drive discovery, solution design, and successful implementation.
Contract: Full-time, 3 months to start (with extension potential)
Location: Primarily remote with occasional workshop travel

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment for Salesforce org consolidation
- Assess existing CPQ configurations and defining scalable future-state solutions
- Design solutions addressing complex pricing, product catalog, and quoting challenges
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Technical Architects and delivery teams through build and validation
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout integration and delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce BSA or Solution Architect on enterprise transformation or integration programs
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ (complex pricing, catalog rationalization, performance optimization)
- Background working within existing enterprise Salesforce environments
- Proven ability to lead workshops and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Consulting mindset with strong communication and facilitation skills
Nice to have
- Org merger, consolidation, or platform integration experience
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Architecture certifications
