Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer (QCP Experience Required)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong expertise in Steelbrick CPQ to design, build, and optimize complex CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of CPQ data models, pricing logic, QCP customization, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned to business needs
- Configure and customize CPQ (Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Bundles, Renewals, Amendments, Subscriptions, Quote Templates)
- Develop and customize Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) using JavaScript
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for CPQ UI improvements
- Develop Salesforce Flows for CPQ automation
- Integrate CPQ with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom logic as needed
- Implement advanced pricing models (usage-based, tiered, bundled pricing)
- Troubleshoot and optimize quote calculation performance
- Support deployments, UAT, code reviews, and post-production enhancements
Required Experience
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) implementation
- Strong understanding of CPQ pricing engine & calculation sequence
- Proven experience with QCP customization (JavaScript)
- Experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Platform Events)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
