Our wealth management client based in Waukesha, WI is in search of a Head of Sales (HOS) who will oversee a regional sales team that utilizes a broad spectrum of investment and insurance products to deliver comprehensive financial planning for their clients.
Series 65 is required.
These products include: Traditional wealth management products, such as model portfolios, stocks, bonds, funds, SMAs and ETFs in addition to specialized vehicles like 401Ks, alternatives, fixed annuities, life insurance, complex insurance solutions and tax/estate planning.
Company information:
- Hybrid RIA and Broker-Dealer managing $1+Billion in Assets Under Care (AUC includes insurance product assets)
- HOS will have 12-15 direct reports and growing
- HOS will lead a team of licensed Financial Advisors, Paraplanners and Client Services professionals across 3 locations and 2 states, currently.
Job Duties:
- HOS will help recruit talent into the company
- Primary driver of activity for sales team
- Train, recruit, set goals, review goals (drive accountability), creates campaigns, comes up with budgets and tracks sales pipeline in CRM
- Manage executions and drive sales processes for firm
- Utilize CRM and ensure maximum use & effectiveness
- Identify and nurture talent on team to continually improve and keep engaged
Requirements:
- 10+ years in wealth management industry with at least 3 years in sales management
- Series 65 or 66 licenses
- Life and Health insurance licenses
- Ability to work in Waukesha, WI office daily with occasional travel
- Proven history of training and talent development
- Disciplined adherence to following consistent systems and processes with the utilization of available tech stack
