We’re Hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Vantiq is seeking an exceptional CFO to join our executive leadership team and help scale a high-growth AI startup software company entering a major expansion phase.
This is not a traditional finance role. We’re looking for a strategic, capital-markets-savvy leader who has thrived inside AI or advanced-technology startup environments and understands the discipline, speed, and vision required to scale toward a public-market future.
You’ll be joining a leadership team that has built multiple unicorns and achieved major company-building successes — and we’re looking for someone driven, committed, and ready to work hard to help build something truly transformative that makes our world more resilient and capable of tackling major global challenges.
The Role
As CFO, you will be a key partner to our CEO and executive team, serving as the architect of our financial future. You won’t just manage the books — you’ll drive the economic engine behind a platform redefining the Edge + AI landscape.
What You’ll Do
▪ Strategic Stewardship — Lead long-range FP&A to support rapid scaling and global expansion
▪ Capital Strategy — Drive fundraising, investor relations, and potential M&A or exit pathways
▪ Operational Excellence — Modernize financial systems and streamline global operations
▪ Insightful Partnership — Translate complex data into actionable insights for board and stakeholders
▪ Leadership — Build and mentor a world-class finance organization
Must-Have Experience
✔ 10+ years senior finance leadership in high-growth enterprise software (SaaS/PaaS)
✔ Proven success with Series C+ raises, IPOs, or major acquisitions
✔ Strong analytical mindset — understands CAC, churn, LTV, and growth metrics deeply
✔ Thrives in fast-moving startup environments and navigates ambiguity with confidence
✔ Direct experience preparing for or executing public-market readiness
✔ Expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and capital strategy
✔ Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure
✔ Executive-level presence with board and investors
