We are at the dawn of a new era in artificial intelligence. At MiroMind, a frontier AI research institution, we are building the Reasoning OS for Critical Tasks. By pioneering System 2 Thinking and Verifiable Accuracy, we are creating AI capable of solving high-stakes problems in Financial Engineering, Legal Compliance, and Drug Discovery.

To fuel this ambitious mission, we are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team, reporting directly to our CEO, Tianqiao Chen.

This is not a traditional corporate finance role. As a frontier lab with a lean operational structure, capital is our lifeline. We are looking for a financial architect whose absolute priority is driving continuous capital inflow and managing top-tier investor relations.

Who we are looking for:

🔹 10+ years of experience, with a strong preference for top-tier Investment Banking backgrounds (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan).

🔹 A proven track record of raising capital for tech/AI companies.

🔹 Deep, established networks with Sovereign Wealth Funds and top-tier Venture Capital firms.

🔹 Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

🔹 Based in the US (Primary) with regular travel to our Singapore headquarters.
