We’re leading a confidential executive search for a strategic Chief Financial Officer or Controller prepared to influence direction, accelerate growth, oversee financial operations, and serve as a true financial partner to executive leadership. This position will be based in Northwest Arkansas/Rogers.

What you’ll lead:
• Enterprise financial strategy and executive decision support
• Forecasting, capital planning, and performance optimization
• Risk management and financial governance
• Growth initiatives and operational alignment
• Development of a high-performing finance organization
• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Improve internal controls, compliance, and operational processes
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Support audit readiness and financial transparency

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field required
• Master's Degree in, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration preferred
•8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare financial management preferred
•5-7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a hospital or healthcare system preferred
•1-3 years of recent CFO experience in a proprietary health system preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) preferred
