The Senior Executive Head of, Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice Solutions is a visionary and strategic leadership role, accountable for developing, leading and executing strategic initiatives related to global and regional practice solutions to ensure the achievement of long-term results within the context of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
The primary objective of this role is to lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice(s) aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy and fulfils business development, practice development and product management functions that accelerate success for the assigned function.
This role ensures that the practice is grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy and contributes to the development of the practice strategy while fostering a collaborative and innovative team cultures focused on strategic and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:-
Leads and drives the strategic and operational aspects of practice solutions, ensuring the achievement both short-term and long-term objectives and enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Sets key performance drivers, sets challenging targets and holds team members accountable for achieving results.

Leads and manages the transformation and growth for selling the practice solutions across the global footprint.

Directs, owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investment for the practice business solutions for our clients, aligning with the business strategies and priorities.

Continually strives to innovate new and differentiated offerings that are repeatable and scalable for our clients to help drive more intimate and longstanding client relationships.

Recommends, leads, identifies and ensures the creation of demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.

Leads and manages a team of senior directors/directors and ensures performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.

Designs and implements effective leadership structures and governance models.

Develops and manages a budget for the go-to-market practice solutions.

Supports the creation of a robust knowledgebase and dissemination of knowledge on practice solutions and related areas of work.

Accountable for overseeing and implementing continual delivery excellence initiatives; both corporate driven as well as account based.

Authorizes and drives the implementation of operational policies and procedures for optimal practice efficiency.

Leads and drives solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.

Ensures the definition and implementation of standards and tools for new solution architecture and delivers continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable and competitive practice.

Recommends continuous integration for tooling to support regions with automated build, test and deployment with a focus on continuous improvement in quality delivery.

Academic qualifications and certifications:-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or information systems or business or a related field.

Advanced degree such as an MBA is highly desirable.

Relevant technology certification(s).

SAFe Agile / Project or Program Management certification(s) are desirable.
Required experience:-
Substantially vast experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role.

Substantially vast experience leading and innovating within an IT services organization or practice within a consulting firm.

Substantially vast experience leading key initiatives against strict timeline and multiple priorities.

Substantially vast experience working in a consultative manner and serving as a key advisor and business partner.

Substantially vast executive presence, demonstrated history of working with clients or internal business partners at the executive level (for example, VP, SVP, CXO).

Substantially vast track-record of implementing and leading a successful, global product innovation strategy while also delivering on short-term financial goals and longer-term operational improvements.

Substantially vast experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals.

Substantially vast budget management experience.

Substantially vast project management experience.
