ServiceNow CPQ – Business Analyst (BA)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract (Duration 6 months, 3+3 months of extention)
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and expectations related to ServiceNow CPQ / CRM.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of user stories, BRDs, or functional documents.
- Suggest appropriate solutions, workflows, and best practices aligned with CPQ and CRM processes.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct and facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and support Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks, and escalate when required.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in CRM systems with a strong focus on ServiceNow CPQ.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum framework.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tackle problems systematically to diagnose issues and produce effective recommendations.
- Adept at business process reengineering and creating detailed business analysis documentation.
Secondary Skills:
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, capable of navigating complex discussions effortlessly.
