Job Summary
The Business Operations Manager is a proactive, highly organized professional responsible for driving some of our most important cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple projects at once; keeping teams aligned, tracking milestones and dependencies, and addressing risks before they become blockers.
This role will also partner closely with multiple organizational functions on special projects and key company priorities, helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the center of the action and turning strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Define clear project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Build and manage project plans, including tracking dependencies and resource needs.

Keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable to shared goals.

Monitor progress, flag risks early, and remove obstacles to keep work moving.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Run retrospectives and implement process improvements.
Drive Operational Excellence

Spot inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements to make projects more repeatable and effective.

Establish and refine operating rhythms (planning cycles, reporting cadences, and team meetings).

Bring structure to how decisions are documented and communicated.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning processes as applicable.
Use Data to Inform Decisions

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and initiative performance.

Analyze project and business data to generate practical, actionable insights.

Turn data into clear, compelling updates for stakeholders.

Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
Stakeholder Communication

Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making.

Manage expectations and communicate trade-offs transparently.

Act as a connector across teams, ensuring strong collaboration and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and a clear bias toward action and results

Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels

Comfort operating in ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with project management tools is a plus
