Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Olympic Park, NSW. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing sales processes and ensuring smooth daily operations being the backbone for the Sales Team.
Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing customer accounts queries, supporting the sales team, identifying process improvements, and facilitating effective communication between teams. You will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while driving growth and success for the business.

- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise to manage relationships and address client needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to support and optimize sales processes
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in sales operations or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory
