Primary Skills : Strong Exposure with SAP CPQ(Contract, Price, Quote), Quote to Cash, End to End Contract management & workflow, Sales & Finance process and the cross functional integration in SAP echo system.
Brief About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced SAP CPQ contract specialist to support our Professional Services clients. You'll manage contract lifecycle, configure complex deals, and drive quote-to-cash processes.
Key Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in SAP CPQ , Q2C (quote to Cash) area.
- Solid understanding of contract management, pricing governance, and revenue processes.
- Experience integrating SAP CPQ with S/4HANA / CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
Nice to Have- SAP CPQ certification.
- Exposure to Professional Services or subscription-based business models.
- Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP revenue recognition principles.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI or API-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities§ Lead end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within SAP CPQ, including deal structuring, approvals, renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking across global regions.
§ Configure and manage complex, multi-element deals (services, subscriptions, milestones, T&M, fixed price) ensuring accurate pricing logic, discount governance, margin validation, and revenue alignment.
§ Drive seamless Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) integration between SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA (SD/FI), SAP Sales Cloud, and billing systems to ensure data consistency from opportunity to revenue recognition.
§ Design and enforce standardized pricing models, approval workflows, and contract templates aligned with corporate governance, audit controls, and financial policies.
§ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Revenue Operations to structure commercially viable deals while mitigating contractual and financial risk.
§ Implement best practices in contract compliance, discount governance, delegation of authority (DOA), and approval hierarchy controls to maintain transparency and reduce revenue leakage.
§ Partner with Finance teams to validate margin thresholds, revenue recognition rules (IFRS/GAAP alignment), tax considerations, and milestone billing structures within CPQ configurations.
§ Ensure data integrity and master data synchronization across CPQ, ERP, and CRM systems to support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
§ Support complex deal negotiations by providing scenario modeling, pricing simulations, and commercial impact analysis to enable informed decision-making.
§ Optimize and continuously improve Q2C processes by identifying automation opportunities, reducing cycle time, and enhancing user experience within SAP CPQ.
§ Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls, ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards and external regulatory requirements.
§ Provide functional expertise and user enablement through training, documentation, and support for Sales and Operations teams on CPQ best practices and contract governance.
