Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Sales Officer at Property Hills. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for driving overall sales strategies, managing sales operations, and leading the sales department to achieve corporate goals. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing training programs, mentoring sales teams, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. The role will involve collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and ensuring successful execution of key sales initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly advantageous
