A fast‑growing enterprise services company is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen data integrity, optimize GTM systems, and drive smarter, faster decision‑making across Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves building scalable processes, translating data into strategy, and serving as the connective tissue across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce, Excel) to track pipeline, bookings, retention, and revenue trends.
- Improve forecasting accuracy by refining pipeline stages, renewal visibility, and cross‑team reporting.
- Serve as a Salesforce power user/admin, enhancing workflows, validation rules, and data hygiene.
- Align CRM, ERP, and billing data to support accurate revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Automate manual workflows and strengthen GTM alignment as the business scales.
- Maintain consistent definitions for key metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, renewal rate) across systems and reporting.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Administration, or similar data‑driven GTM roles.
- Strong Salesforce administration skills (certification preferred).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with GTM tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or LeanData.
