Teriyaki Madness is a fast-casual restaurant franchisor with 200 teriyaki shops across the United States. With a concrete pipeline of 125 shops opening in the next 18 months, we are searching for a Chief Financial Officer to oversee our aggressive growth to 500 shops in the next 5 years and beyond.
A dynamic, strategic position overseeing FP&A, Treasury and Accounting, this role is for the creative individual who values an entrepreneurial organization with the stability of significant free cash flow and a disciplined culture of minimal debt, high agency and executional competence.
This is an exciting 'C' level suite position with significant influence working side-by-side with somewhat sane and humble owners, a high performance team and a satisfied, rapidly expanding franchisee base. We have yet to install a Board of Directors, Private Equity or other outside distractions. We simply analyze, plan,test and execute at a swift and professional pace as a nimble and professional team.
