Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Anoka, MN for a Chief Sales Officer. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy of the organization. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data, and establishing processes to drive revenue growth. The role will also involve setting sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve them, and fostering long-term client relationships.
