Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will lead and manage the sales organization, driving strategic growth and sales operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales management efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring optimal team performance through training and mentorship, and collaborating with other leaders to shape business goals.

- Strong abilities in Team Management and Training to enhance team performance
- Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in high-tech or data-driven industries is an advantage
