The CSO will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales vision, driving revenue growth, and building a world-class sales organization. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives on scaling businesses and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’s sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team across regions.
Drive new market expansion and strengthen existing client relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align go-to-market strategies.
Report directly to the CEO and Board on sales performance and future opportunities.
Qualifications:
20 years Overall Experience with atleast 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a track record of scaling revenue.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
