Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Vice President of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer. The position is based in Minnetonka, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy, overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes strategic planning, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and identifying opportunities for business development to expand market presence.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations to optimize client satisfaction and ensure efficient processes.
Proven skills in Business Development with a track record of identifying and expanding new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to manage relationships and lead a results-oriented sales team.
Proficient understanding and experience in the software development or technology industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
