In the role of the Business Operations Analyst, you will act as a lead within the unit, spearheading the analysis of research data and overseeing the manual processes within the Service Center. Your responsibilities will include coordinating special projects aimed at resolving errors in consumer enrollment and acting as a crucial communication link between management, staff, and other stakeholders.

Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a proved ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in team settings to accomplish shared objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project management, data analysis, and presentation creation.
- Proficient in generating comprehensive reports, developing policies and procedures, and managing vendor-related documentation to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or effectively managing large caseloads of work for others to accurately interpret data and effectively resolve programmatic and administrative challenges.
