As we enter our next phase of national expansion, we are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to build and scale a high-performance national sales organization.
🎯 Role Mandate
The CSO will:
• Architect and execute national sales strategy (Field + Inside Sales integration)
• Scale Agricul into a high-efficiency revenue engine
• Drive dealer acquisition, activation & retention
• Build institutional & bulk sales channels
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management & revenue systems
• Implement KPI-driven performance culture
• Align sales with production planning, working capital & margin goals

👤 Ideal Profile
• 15+ years of leadership experience
• Agro Industry experience preferred (Agrochemicals / Agri Inputs)
• Proven track record of scaling multi-state or national sales operations
• Experience managing centralized inside sales / call centre models
• Strong commercial & P&L understanding
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution capability
