Job Description:
1. Support market strategy planning: Develop AIoT product GTM strategies and plans based on market research and competitive analysis; identify target customer segments, key selling points, and market entry positioning.
2. Support product launch execution: Assist in new product launch activities, including timeline planning, resource coordination, and budget management.
3. Assist in data analysis and feedback: Collect and analyze market data, sales performance, and customer feedback to optimize GTM strategies; monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in market analysis tools and data management methods.
3. Quick thinker with strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong resilience, and the capability to handle a multi-tasking work environment.
5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages;
6. Enthusiastic about joining Xiaomi as a full-time employee after graduation.
