Chief Financial Officer | Confidential | Fully Remote (West Coast Preferred)
Genesis Partners - Executive Search is working with a high-growth, PE-backed wellness CPG brand on a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer. This company has built a strong direct-to-consumer foundation and is scaling aggressively across channels, with a product line at the intersection of science and modern wellness.
The Opportunity
This is a seat at the table for a seasoned finance executive ready to own the full financial function at a brand with serious momentum. You'll be partnering closely with executive leadership and PE sponsors to drive strategic growth, capital allocation, and operational rigor across a complex, omni-channel business.
Compensation
Up to $350K base salary + performance bonus + equity participation
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with CFO or VP/SVP Finance experience in omni-channel CPG
- Deep understanding of subscription revenue models, including LTV, CAC, churn, and cohort economics
- Experience navigating DTC, retail, and/or wholesale channels simultaneously
- Proven track record in PE-backed or high-growth environments where speed and precision both matter
- Strong FP&A, capital markets, and board-level communication skills
- West Coast based candidates strongly preferred (fully remote role)
