Purpose & Objectives
Join a fast-moving Business Transformation Management “BTM” team as Go-to-Market Student Intern and work at the intersection of Sales Strategy, GTM Execution, and Operational Excellence. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting key initiatives that directly impact regional Sales teams’ performance and productivity.
Expectations & Tasks
You’ll be immersed in high-impact, real-world strategic initiatives focused on helping the BTM Sales teams exceed their targets. You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Global Market Development) and gain exposure to data-driven decision-making and GTM strategy execution.
Key Projects You’ll Support:

Pipeline Motions: Build reporting tools to help Sales Leaders spot risks and improve deal progression.

Pipeline Quality Risks: Ensure Sales has visibility on deals that need attention and recommend actions to de-risk pipeline.

BTM Sales Motions Whitespace: Provide Sales with recommendations on the accounts “in-market” for BTM solutions using intent data and predictive modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator who can simplify complexity

Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Python with Polars (or Pandas) or similar data analysis and visualization tools

Strong understanding on how AI can help to simplify and accelerate operations, e.g. using Skills in Claude

Ability to manage advanced/complex data structures, practical experience with Excel is recommended. Understanding of basic SQL; PowerQuery and PowerBI is a plus
