We operate in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and are seeking a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory tracking, supplier communication, and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, spreadsheets, and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Purchasing
- Perform weekly reorder report
- Place product orders
- Track inbound shipment status, receive product when delivered, and resolve any delivery issues
- Clear international shipments as needed
- Maintain and distribute monthly Open PO report
- Follow up with suppliers regarding open purchase orders
Shipping Administration
- Submit shipping reimbursement requests
- Order packaging materials
Customer & Order Support
- Return non-urgent customer calls routed from business phone
- Take and enter manual customer orders into system
- Send weekly past-due reminders to Net 30 customers
- Send monthly statements to designated Net 30 accounts
Office Administration
- Order office supplies, snacks, and team lunches
- Assist with general operational and administrative support
- Other duties as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas such as VLOOKUP)
- Ability to follow established processes accurately
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or operations support preferred
- Small business experience a plus

Compensation
- $50,000–$65,000 annual salary
