This role supports the CPQ market strategy and workflows for a diverse portfolio of products within the medical informatics realm. The position plays a crucial role in optimizing quoting processes, collaborating with product development teams, and driving continuous improvements in system capabilities. By working closely with various stakeholders, the manager will ensure efficient strategies that align with market demands and enhance the quoting experience. This position is essential for integrating best practices across the organization while maintaining compliance with medical standards.
Accountabilities
- Assist in developing user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows for Medical Informatics solutions.
- Support the lifecycle of Oracle CPQ platform from strategy to optimization.
- Develop and implement Guided Selling strategies for efficient quoting.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into actionable items.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Create and maintain a CPQ product roadmap supporting quoting and pricing processes.
- Help manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business needs.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Document requirements and assist in user training as needed.
- Support integration efforts between CPQ and other critical systems.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MA degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare / Enterprise Imaging Informatics.
- Experience with Oracle CPQ or other CPQ platforms; familiarity with guided selling workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of CPQ capabilities and willingness to learn.
- Experience with cross-functional requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good customer orientation with effective problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools is a plus.
