Sales & Operations Coordinator

Company: Artcrafts Marketing & Services
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: S$2,400 – S$2,900 (commensurate with experience)
Role Overview
This role supports both sales execution and daily operations.
The focus is on accurate follow-up, coordination with suppliers, and smooth order execution, with exposure to sales activities.
The role involves occasional driving for work purposes, such as visiting suppliers, collecting goods, and handling operational errands using the Company’s vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on quotations and track customer responses
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery arrangements
- Process purchase orders and arrange deliveries or collections
- Maintain accurate quotation, order and delivery tracking records
- Communicate order status updates clearly to customers
- Visit suppliers or collect items when required (company vehicle provided)
- Escalate issues, delays or uncertainties promptly to the Managing Director
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales support, operations coordination or a similar role
- Detail-oriented, systematic and reliable
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers
- Possesses a valid Singapore driving licence (Class 2B or 3C)
- Comfortable driving for work purposes (supplier visits, collections and ad-hoc tasks)
- Willing to learn and grow with a small but stable company
