Ecopia AI (Ecopia) is an industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) company specializing in extracting land-cover and land-use insights from geospatial big data. Millions of images of the Earth are captured every day by satellites, airplanes, vehicles, and personal devices, but turning that imagery into actionable insights has traditionally been a resource-intensive and time-consuming endeavour. Ecopia converts geospatial imagery into high-precision mapping data at global scales, leveraging AI to empower governments, civil engineering firms, insurance carriers, and technology companies around the world.
Ecopia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Intern to support the optimization of our internal systems, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional workflows. As we continue scaling our enterprise and platform offerings, we are looking for someone who can bring structure to complexity, improve data visibility, and streamline processes across departments.

Role Description:
The Revenue Operations Intern will work closely with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role focuses on aligning systems, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring data integrity across our commercial technology stack.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing and documenting existing workflows across departments
- Streamlining reporting across Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, and internal purpose-built tools
- Improving CRM hygiene and data consistency
- Building dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending automation opportunities
- Supporting cross-functional operational initiatives led by the VP
- Assisting with performance analysis and KPI tracking
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL is an asset
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or sales engagement tools
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple systems into clear, actionable insights
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus:
- Experience in a SaaS, DaaS, or high-growth technology company
- Exposure to revenue operations, business intelligence, or systems integration projects
- Experience working with multiple go-to-market tools and managing cross-platform reporting
