About the Client:
Our client is a Canadian energy intelligence company that reimagines how commercial and industrial facilities turn energy use into a revenue stream. The platform automates the monitoring of distributed energy resources with an eye towards demand response, peak demand management, and energy arbitrage. The business has doubled revenue three years in a row and is on track to cross the $4M ARR mark this year.
The Opportunity:
- You will join as the first-ever VP of Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy to drive the company's growth to the $10M ARR mark and beyond.
- As the CRO's right hand, you will own the systems, process, and data behind the revenue engine as the company expands aggressively across North America.
- You will additionally own the development of Sales onboarding, training, and enablement processes & playbooks, along with ensuring CRM discipline.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- You currently own Revenue Operations at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, ideally at a similar scale ($5M - $20M ARR).
- You have built processes and playbooks from scratch, in an Enterprise environment - 9+ month sales cycles, with Average Deal Sizes north of $250k ACV.
- You have experience in Energy Management, CleanTech, Utilities Management, or ESG software.
- You are able to commute to an office downtown Toronto 5 days/week.
