A rapidly growing, multi-site physician services organization is seeking a Practice Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations during a period of expansion. This high-impact role partners directly with the Practice CEO and physician leadership to drive performance, strengthen infrastructure, and support scalable growth.
The CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, audits, payroll, across the organization while building a strong financial foundation to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and financial operations including reporting, payroll, AP, and treasury management.
Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and manage audits.
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Establish strong financial controls, policies, and scalable processes.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
7+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience, ideally within physician practices or multi-site medical groups.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and healthcare financial operations.
Compensation
Compensation package into the low 300’s depending on experience.
