Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead and supervise daily administrative operations, facilities, and non-instructional staff
- Develop and implement strategies for fiscal sustainability and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Head of School and Board to support strategic planning and organizational growth
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Masters degree required (finance, business administration, or related field)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance/operations leadership experience (preferably in education, nonprofit, or healthcare)
- Proven track record in financial management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the mission of serving students with special needs
