Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist – Renewals is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer subscription renewals, including OEM-provided services, third-party subscriptions, and INS-managed service contracts. This role ensures timely renewals, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams to support revenue continuity and customer retention. The position operates under the Business Operations department and plays a key role in driving subscription efficiency and renewal strategy execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end renewal processes for customer subscription services and managed service contracts
- Generate and process renewal quotes, agreements, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal opportunities, timelines, and contract terms
- Partner with Account Managers and Inside Sales to ensure proactive customer outreach and renewal engagement
- Coordinate with Finance, Service Delivery, and external partners to validate subscription and contract details
- Monitor the renewal pipeline and provide regular reporting and forecasting to the Sales and Business Operations teams
- Identify potential renewal risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of renewal workflows and operational procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries related to renewal terms, pricing, and contract conditions
