Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) to provide day-to-day order administration support for designated showrooms, regions, or channels. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order processing, compliance with audit policies, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for showroom teams, processing customer orders, auditing paperwork, and managing pre-shipment changes.
- Collect and process client payments, reconcile cash drawers, and monitor accounts receivables with weekly reviews.
- Maintain audit standards across order processing and fulfillment, ensuring proper approvals, collections, and documentation.
- Monitor open orders, manage delivery blocks/stock holds, and ensure timely invoice completion.
- Support showroom teams with product status, system inquiries, and operational best practices.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable timely and effective service.
- Provide backup support for SOS teammates during coverage gaps.
- Assist with special projects, including process documentation, data analysis, and system testing.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience with a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, IM, and in-person interactions.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to deliver policy-compliant resolutions.
- Team player who can work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to different working styles.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
